Driving Directions: From the Bay Area take 580 east to Tracy to 205. (For your safety, we do not recommend taking the I-5 exit to Modesto via Hwy 132 has too many accidents.) Stay on 205 following signs to Manteca to south Hwy 99 exit toward Modesto.

From the north: Take Hwy 99 south to Modesto; take the Briggsmore exit. At the top of the exit, turn left (east) on Briggsmore.

From the south: Take Hwy 99 north to Modesto; take the Briggsmore exit. At the top of the exit, turn right (east) on Briggsmore.

Continue east on Briggsmore and make a right turn on College Avenue (south). At the third stop light, make a left turn on Roseburg Avenue. Yes, it looks like a residential area but very shortly you will come to Roseburg Square on the left. Turn in and we are to the left in the shopping center.
