R. Lily Stem Quilts was founded in 1986 by Marilyn and Ron Nelson. The shop has had to move several times to larger storefronts to accommodate the ever growing number of bolts of fabric. (Last count there were approximately 6,000 bolts!)  The shop is located in a small residential shopping center.

The shop features 100% cotton fabrics, quilting supplies, notions, books, patterns, etc. There is also an extensive collection of machine embroidery threads and supplies. A large classroom accommodates the schedule of many sewing/quilting classes.

We are an authorized Bernina Dealer, earning special recognition from Bernina USA in 1999. When purchasing a Bernina from us, you will be able to attend free guide classes and be a member of Bernina Club free for one year.
